Either party may terminate services with written notice as per the agreed terms. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled. Work in progress may be billed proportionally, and all client-owned materials will be delivered upon request.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
